THE CONCEPT offers an Exchange / Store Credit policy only.

Kindly note that cash refunds are not available at the moment.

  1. Exchange/ Store credit Policy for orders inside Lebanon:

THE CONCEPT has a 24 hours exchange/store-credit policy: You have 24 hours from the day you receive the order to notify us about the store credit or exchange.

You are eligible to exchange with another size, another color or a completely different product.

RETURN POLICY: In order for the customer care team to accept the return, all Products must be returned in the original condition they were delivered in. The Product must not be worn, altered, or damaged. All labels must be attached when returned.

  1. Exchange Process:

To submit an exchange request, kindly inform our team about the item you want to exchange followed by the Order ID number and the new product you wish to receive.

After the customer care team accepts the exchange, the Product will be picked up by the delivery guy and the new parcel will be delivered to you.

THE CONCEPT doesn’t offer free returns. Delivery charge will be applied according to the delivery company’s rates.

  1. B) Store Credit Process:

The store credit will automatically be updated into your account after the driver picks up the parcel.

  1. Store credit Policy for orders outside Lebanon:

THE CONCEPT doesn’t offer free returns at the moment. Kindly note you will be responsible for the shipping fees, handling and logistics and customs duties charges for the return and new parcel.

THE CONCEPT has a 72-hour store-credit policy for international orders: You have 72 hours from the day you receive the order to notify us about the store credit.

You have 15 days maximum from when your order is delivered to ship it back to our return center to process your store credit. Items returned after 15 days will not be accepted. 

To submit a return request, kindly inform our team of the item you want to return followed by the Order ID number. The Order ID number is available in the order confirmation email.

After the customer care team accepts the return request, they shall send you an RMA number that should be used on the return shipment. Kindly pack the return product safely as per the shipping company’s instructions, then ship your return to the following address:

The customer care team receives your returned parcel and inspects it’s condition. If the condition of the return complies with our Return Policy, the team shall send you an email that your returned parcel is received and your store credit is accepted. The store credit will automatically be updated into your account. Kindly allow around seven working days to process your store credit.

THE CONCEPT reserves the right to deny any return if the Product returned does not comply with our Return Policy.

THE CONCEPT can’t be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the return parcel. Parcels where the Customer’s identification (surname, first name, number,address and RMA number, tracking number) is not available will be refused.

Exceptions

Kindly note that (1) gift-cards, (2) sale items, (3) accessories, and (4) swimwear are excluded from our Return/Exchange Policy.

Faulty Items

Kindly contact the customer care team on [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the Product. Make sure you include the Order ID with a photo of the fault within your email.

The Concept will be responsible in exchanging the Product for you.
